2.Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Purpose of Use of Retained Personal Data
This refers to personal information directly obtained from individuals by our company, primarily through consent forms, written agreements, or online consent confirmations.
The purposes of use are as follows.
For personal information obtained through these methods, individuals have the right to request disclosure and other related actions. We will respond promptly to such requests in accordance with applicable regulations.

Information collected when using our products or services, requesting materials, or making inquiries
- Provision of information and services, and fulfillment of contracts, related to real estate transactions, including purchase, sale, brokerage, leasing, and management, as well as contracts concerning Specified Joint Real Estate Ventures.
- Provision of Housing History Information.
- Outsourcing within the necessary scope to achieve the objectives stated in 1. and 2. of this section. We only entrust such tasks to contractors who meet our strict personal information protection standards.
- Companies involved in real estate management, etc.
- Construction companies engaged in repair and interior work for real estate, etc.
- Real estate survey institutions, etc.
- Provision of information on products, services, etc., related to living accommodations associated with the real estate handled by the Company.
- Issuance of compliance report for renovated residential real estate by the Renovation Council.
- Utilization of the Company's accommodation facilities, restaurants, etc., provision of travel, event services, and information.
- Business operations related to various insurance contracts, insurance claim payments, and service provision.

- Preparation of payment settlement documents for real estate transfers. (Note: The seller's personal identification number is exclusively used for 9.)
Information regarding Business Partners
- Business and sales activities associated with the provision of the Company's products and services.
- Fulfillment of business transactions and necessary communications related thereto.
Personal Information of Applicants and Employees (including specific personal information such as the Individual Identification Number):
- Used for the management of recruitment activities and administrative operations, including personnel, labor, social insurance, taxation and other related matters.
Purposes of Use of Personal Information Other than "Retained Personal Data"
This category refers to personal information obtained by INTELLEX Co., Ltd. through means other than direct collection from the individual, such as information entrusted to INTELLEX Co., Ltd. by clients or third parties for the purpose of performing all or part of commissioned operations.
The purposes of use are as follows:

3.Joint Use of Personal Information
The Intellex Group may jointly use personal information obtained by its group companies to achieve the intended purposes and provide better services.

INTELLEX Co., Ltd takes the protection of personal data seriously and has implemented comprehensive security management measures, including:

5.Requests Regarding Retained Personal Data
When an individual makes a request to the Company regarding their retained personal data, this includes requests for disclosure, notification of purpose of use, correction, addition, or deletion, suspension of use, suspension of provision to third parties, and disclosure of provision to third parties (collectively, "Requests").
The personal data subject to such requests generally includes the information described in Section 2 above, "Purpose of Use of Personal Information," or any other personal data over which the Company has authority to act.

For actions such as disclosure, notification of purposes of use, correction, addition, deletion of retained personal information, suspension of use, deletion, and suspension of provision to third parties, please complete the necessary information in the "Personal Information Disclosure Request Form" (Japanese only) and submit it by mail to the Company's Contact Point for Inquiries regarding Personal Information. The Request Form can be obtained via the above link. - Fee for Information Disclosure Requests and Notification of Purposes of Use
A fee of 1,200 yen (including consumption tax) shall be charged per information disclosure request and notification of purposes of use of retained personal information. Please ensure to enclose 1,200 yen worth of stamps or a postal money order when sending the request form.
Postal money orders (yūbin teigaku kogawase; available at Japanese post offices) are accepted. Fees associated with obtaining them are the customer's responsibility. - Persons eligible to make information disclosure requests.
Those eligible to make information disclosure requests are:
4.1 The individual concerned (the individual identified by the personal information subject to disclosure)
4.2 Their proxy (an individual entrusted by the individual identified by the personal information subject to disclosure or their legal representative like a legal guardian) - Documents Required for Identity Verification
When making requests for information disclosure, the requester shall provide documents to verify their identity as either the individual concerned or as a proxy, e.g., a power of attorney.
5.1 Individuals requesting disclosure are asked to attach one of the following:-
5.1a. One copy of the individual's driver's license, passport, or residence card
5.1b. One copy of the resident certificate (jūminhyō; issued within the last three months); along with a copy of either of the below: the individual's health insurance card, their certificate for a (Japanese) national qualification, their student ID (university or high school):
5.2 If the requester is a proxy:
Along with the documents listed in the above 5.1 "Individuals requesting disclosure are asked to attach one of the following" under 5.1a and 5.1b, please also provide a power of attorney signed by the individual concerned.
(Please affix the seal of the concerned individual on the power of attorney and attach a copy of their seal registration certificate. If the proxy is a legal representative such as a legal guardian, please submit a document that demonstrates the relationship with the individual concerned.)
Additionally, if the proxy is a qualified professional such as a lawyer, please provide their occupation name and registration number.
6.Complaints, Consultations, and Inquiries regarding Personal Information Protection
Questions, complaints, doubts, or any other inquiries about the Company's efforts in personal information protection shall be directed to the Company's " Contact Point for Inquiries regarding Personal Information."
